That looks like the air conditioning compressor from what I can tell. The other one is the belt tensioner. I have a brand new belt tensioner on the shelf. Are the bolts sheared off or are they just short a nut?

Went to supercheap repco and autobarn and they all said they have nothing they can help me with. I need the harmonic balancer pulley, aircon compressor pulley and the tensioner pulley and all the nuts. This is gonna be a bit costly isn't it if I have to go to Mitsubishi

The double pulley is the crankshaft Pulley. Dont think its got a bearing in it.

Is the bolt on the crankshaft pulley actually tight? ie put a socket on it and see if you can easily undo it.

Correct, the harmonic balance / crank pulley is just done up by the big bolt in the middle. Check it's done up tight. Its only slid onto the crank via a keyway. The A/C clutch your missing (lol) is simply a nut to put on.

Nah the crank pulley bolt I can move but the whole crank inside moves that's why I was just wondering if it had to be in gear or something and what do you mean just a nut for the a/c clutch? Doesn't it need a new pulley? The a/c compressor is fucked anyway so I'll just
        Swap the whole thing out

I can see this is going to end in disaster

Do yourself a favour and download the manuals for starters ;)

And when you put that crank pulley back on make sure you use a torque wrench :)

If ya got the balancer bolt off without locking the pulley or using an impact wrench it was defiantly loose.
