Interstate Car Transport

Post by shadowarrior »

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a reputed/known interstate car mover to pick up a car near Canberra and deliver it near Brisbane. (need one ASAP :|)

Have you guys used one before? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
Cheers,

Google CEVA.

They got large coverage nationally.

Will cost you around more or less 1 grand.

+1 to ceva. Cost me a tiny bit over a G to get my FTO from Melbourne to Brisbane (door to depot) would of been 9## but car was a little too low

Spoke with Ceva today morning, seems like they are the only ones available to do the job within the time frame I have and also is coming out the cheapest of all the other options. Now got to ask dstocks if he has lowered the car :P

Does adding a body kit be considered as a part of 'description or modifications to the standard of the vehicles eg roof racks, bull bars, lowered suspensions etc.'? I think it would? But it only has the front kit exact to the face lift versions.

I don't think a facelift front bumper would be classed as a mod as the facelift model came factory standard with them.
Not 100% sure though

Cant remember the company I used.
But they are way cheaper than that.
RVR from QLD north to Sydney CBD for under $500

Asked them to deliver it at a certain day to which they 100% did, they don't guarantee it, but they made it happen.

they (Ceva) gave me a quote of $693 including insurance from Canberra depot to Brissy depot. Waiting on dstock's address details to get a quote for an address pick up.

Most of the companies am calling up are all booked till New Years. :| If I could take some day off work, I could have just flown there and drove back. But no off before Christmas leave, have tons of releases lined up. :(

Should do a forum members pass the carcel

Dwayne can drive to point a
next person to point B

And we go by who's closest to each destination till it arrives near you

But you gotta pay for fuel... and a way to get home

I am happy with that as long as they don't crash the car and drive it with some love. I can always come and meet someone in Coff's Harbour

I was hinting Dwayne to come attend a QLD meet up with the car, and I pay for his fuel and air tickets back home :P

Is standard height and nothing on the car could really be construed as modified. Shadow Warrior, give me a call when you get back in.
