Yesterday I took out my upper console. Had it out for about a day drove the car a little with it (4-5km) and replaced the upper console the next day. But now the blower just wont turn off.
The ac control unit is turning on, turning off, shows its adjusting the temp and blower power but it just wont turn off. Any idea's?
When I took the unit out at the start there was nothing because the unit was removed so its since I replaced my upper console

Little black plug which is connected to a resister block, directly underneath your glovebox is most likely the culprit.

At work mate, its pretty much the only plug there. Underneath glovebox, pretty central, directly above where your feet go on the passenger side.
A screw either side if you undo them a heatsink thing with fins should pop out, thats where all the resistors are located to do the fan speeds for climate control, kept in there as it gets hot and is located direcly in front of the blower to cool it down.

did you reconnect the aircon pipe in the back of the unit? Its a black conduit type house on the right hand side
