Loud noise help

Every time i have to break medium-hard and turn right there is a loud thump noise and i can feel it under my feet.
Normal or is something needing a replacement/look at?

Just post possible ideas. I know it's not much information to work on but yeah lol

Do you get it when you accelerate hard and then jump off the gas, or is it just under breaking?
The first thing I was thinking was engine mounts, but if it's only under breaking it may not be that.

Just under breaking suddenly and turning right. It's not something you do everyday haha but it's happened about 3-4times in the past 2weeks or so. Not sure if it does it while turning left. Might have to try that too.

sorry bennoz, i forgot to mention he said the tj case is loose, and the spider assembly isnt connecting properly for that reason, and maybe thats the reason my suspension is making cranking noises when i turn right and moving from stationary.
so he asked me to get a replacement cv shaft and tj case and boot so on.
is this correct?

Found that in a topic a few spots below this. Possibly my problem also. Although haven't really noticed any noises when turning right from stationary.
