Sony xplod speakers are pretty alright are you buying them? if so put them on an amp dont just run them off the headunit as you will not get anywhere near 300w out of them, but do not buy xplod subs as they are pretty much as bad as fusion, they are just loud not clear

btw, can you recommend any entry level amp to pump these speakers to its fullest potential?

Yeah pretty much any amp just make sure its not a monoblock though as they have built in low pass filters and that blocks out music and only bass gets through thats why people use them for subs
