I see that one all the time but it's normally parked up in front of a house. Also a white one with black rims red pin stripe around the lip of the rim.

According to the AVO, it isn't stalking if I keep a distance of 150 meters from them.
Also hiding in the bushes with a telescopic lens makes *cough* alleged stalking *cough* easier.
