speed feature

Post by bennieboy »

Hey guys,

it would be great if you could get your cars featured but at the same time I really hope it doesnt become too popular from over exposure. Otherwise it will end up a run of the mill car, like skylines where they are every where.

For me, one of the main appeals of the fto is that it is relatively rare with looks so good it turns heads wherever they go but if they became common, they would lose their appeal or be riced crazy.

but anyways good lcuk with getting you cars in the mag. with the amount of work you guys and girls have done they look good enough and deserve to get in

People underestimate ftos too much and if there is a feature article on our beloved car i would be extremely proud of owning one especially with such a glamorous mag like speed.

I guess it will cause a bit of stir in the community and there will be more people wanting one but since the new law has come in they cant get a modified fto from japan (as was done by many silvias, skylines and other jap imports) and it deffinetely wont be like the silvia and lancer craze (because of the price).

So either way i want a fto in the speed mag

i pick danny because he took an absolute huge risk of putting a turbo but at the end was probably very pleased and gave us (other fto owners) something to think about to spice up our own machines.

well thats what i think anyway

Let's see...

1. Getting featured on SPEED magazine... mmmm, very tempting.
2. Getting the unwanted attention.... errr, not so tempting...

Do they want a road test, or a modified FTO to feature? I bet they're looking for a modified FTO, in which case I reckon dannyboyau should go for it...

That reminds me, gotta pick up my copy on my way back from work afterwards!
