i earlier got a sms that he will pay me $500 more than what ive advertised the car for. found it suspicious because there was no number a name came through instead of a number? and which idiot goes and pays more than the price
then a email saying this:
Thank you for your quick response
I believe you must have had some buyer's interested in buying the vehicle and i think the best way to outbid them is by giving you additional some to your asking price on your ad, But to start with i won't be available to come over to inspect the vehicle my self due to where i am presently but have got a pick-up agent that will be contacting you on where and when the pick-up will take place after have completed the payment transaction with you, Can you please tell me a little bit more about the present mechanical condition of the vehicle and how often do you service it and the history ?
i will wait your response then i can proceed with the payment immediately
Aron
i know theres scam when your buying a car. but i didn't know they can scam you when your selling the car

Alternatively just tell them you might not be able to respond to them quickly as you run a tight shift being a superintendent cop. Watch him stop contact with you lol

Re: Is this a scam
this is kinda weird? can they delete your emails aswell? i cant find it anymore but ill let use know what happened
i send some info on the condition of the car and whether he will be paying in cash
and he replied
thats great and the exact same story bennoz gave about the agent and overseas thing, he asked for my paypal email and to take the add of the internet
than i just replied
my pay-pal email is gofuckyourselfyoulowlifescum@hotmail.com and that i will be waiting for payment than ill remove the add from the net
funny no more replies after that
i cant be bothered to drag it on to let the police know. and honestly if you fall for that scam you got something wrong with you.

It sounds like he wants to give you more money. He wants to close the bid. Just take a gun with you when you do the deal.
