FTO mechanic wanted- NSW

Post by djjones »

hey my baby stopped going today.. fun with a towwy in a busy intersection.
i have no idea what its problem is, made a rattley noise for a few days on my way to repco to get stuff to do an oil system clean (oil level was fine just thought id do a change) and it stopped. at the moment it starts, makes a bit of a squeaky sound and then stalls again like something is stopping it from running. if anyone wants to have a look at / fix it i'm on the central coast and i'll pay cash im just having trouble finding a mechanic that knows what he's looking at in the fto. thanks

well central coast is a bit annoying, - but if you are willing to venture down to western syd there a couple options.
1. MEEK automotive - good with import mitsis, evo specialists (but fto shares plenty evo parts) - think they know everything about everything though. but they arent bad.
2. UAS - apparently good. Although ask Gholdy, hes been there.

Colin reiher in seven hills google it great place decent prices... did a major service changed my water pump, timing belt, steering boots for about a grand... and i was happy with the service i got given there as this was their 2nd fto it took them 2 days to do it because they had little experience but then they happily dropped my car off to my work when they were done...

Also a guy called ... Bennoz on here is a good mechanic in NSW :P
