Lube is the answer my friend.

Lube is always the answer.

That, or tell her to hold on tighter.

So was I.

Sicko.

Seriously though.

Simply get a stick of dry lube :cheeky: and apply to the brackets that adjust the back of the seat from the base.
I think that will solve your problem.
Those get the most wear and after a while becomes metal on metal.
Might be worth looking at and seeing if you need new silicon washers to separate things a bit.

Is there a way i can take my seat off and do this? cause i wanna actually take a look at the track aswell it doesnt move very far forwards which makes it hard for my mother to move my car in the morning... which means i get woken up every morning to move my car lol so i wanna see if i can fix that... lol

Don't have something under the seat that's stopping things do you?
Amplifier, etc...

Yeah, you can do this in or out of the car.
Simply remove the 4 bolts, rip the seat out and inspect.

Nothing really difficult about it, apart from dealing with the seats dead weight...
