What grade oli most suit tappets 6A12 engine

What grade oli most suit tappets 6A12 engine

My car got a tappets noice, it's non-mivic one, any one here suggest what grade oli and brand most suitable to improve the noice ?? how much is your oil ??

Many people using a xW-50 (or higher) oil find that if they drop back to a xW-40 oil the tappet noise either stops or is reduced.
