Help with roadworthy

Post by Dan25 »

Hey guys,

I'm trying to get a roadworthy done, but have been pulled up on really trivial cosmetic things such as gear knob, delaminating lights and small chip in windscreen.

Any of the Qld guys know of a good place to go that will overlook these things? It's frustrating because the buyer for my car couldn't even give a sh*t but I just can't get the roadworthy.

Cheers,

Dan

When they take the car for the break test they would feel that it's loss.

Gear knob technically needs to have the gear pattern on it. Such a bullshit thing to be picked up on though.

Aza, I have no idea what you're saying?

if you get a gear pattern sticker it can be stuck beside the gearstick,

its to ensure any one driving the car can work the gearbox

Well you never said what it was wrong with the gear knob so I was thinking that it was not on tight.

    Bump...

Seriously need some advice on where to go. I don't know any small mechanics around brisbane and I'm obviously wary of taking it to any of the big franchises...

PM me if you can help ASAP!
