Proseat Leather Seat Covers - installation guide?

Hi all,

My seat covers arrived from Proseat today, they seem excellent, however don't come with any kind of instructions.
The only guide I could find in this forum was one that was just pictures - is there a guide anywhere with words as well, because it looks like a pretty complex job.

thanks ben, i cant get it to work though.
that link goes back to the old site, and it says I have to log in, which I try and do, but then it comes up saying "Server not found" after I click log in.

Any ideas?
