Oh dear.. what wonderful path will this thread take us on
I used to deliberately drive through the long term carpark at the airport with my lumpy cammed mini. Dozens of BMWs & Benzes with flat batteries

Re: Yesterday in castle hill
My varex definitely sets off alarms next to me(or about to be) by just merely trying to reverse parallel park
I guess the frequency is low enough to harmonize with the other car and reach the alarm's vibration threshhold.
How's the path lookin Ben?

Yeah it's always fun. Done it a few times back when i drove the Pajero! Mean stereo
Just food for thought also, if you should find your alarm to continually be set off, don't turn it off or put it to silent if your alarm has these features, (I know some do) Just on the off chance it is a thief, they would have won you over and your good's! Hell maybe even your pride and joy

Re: Yesterday in castle hill
Alarms are over-rated IMO.. get a good immobiliser and install a couple of kill switches.
