Post by renzkuken1 »

What's peoples opinions on getting an exhaust tip coming out the side of a skirt? And what would this involve :P

would you still have rear exhausts and just have it come out of the side of the down pipe through the side skirt?

only legal for unregistered race cars

weren't you just posting about being hassled by cops? do you really want to attract MORE attention? Not worth the $h13t you'd go through

Exhaust exit point must be a minimum of 1 metre from the nearest opening window. So no.

ahaha ok
i'm also gonna get nos since it's street legal so long as it isn't connected ;)
That would get the coppers attentions and they can't do sh*t.
My car is going to be fully street legal.
No more defects for me.

If you're not going to do regular track days, theres not point having NOS. Also, don't do mods that will attract the police attention, legal or not, they'll still get you for something. Its not worth the hastle.

No water in your windscreen washer is 1..
Battery not secured us another. They will use force to make it loose..

There are a million things they can get you for.. Hell, to be pricks they can defect a stock car..

Moral to the story is don't think you are better then the law.. They will sh*t all over you and it will cost you sh*t loads in court fees..
I just had to add it ......

This and also it must come out from behind the back wheel.

On another note if you put it out the side it will be f**king loud
Oh and it must be out the drivers side as it can't point out at pedestrians.

Now how loud can it be

Side exit is cheaper (less pipe) but keep in mind it is more than just a preference. And sometimes it might said to be illegal. check your law preference to see if it can be used in your area.
