No can do. The stock roof has a groove in it and the sunroof version does not. Also, there is a subframe in the roof (welded) for the sunroof models. You would basically need to cut the whole roof off a sunroof model.

    Ok cool.
It;s just that my car was vandalized friday night whilst I was working. The roof was jumped on several times and it's squashed down and is almost touching the headrests of both driver and passanger seat. Seeing as I only have third party insurance I'm not covered for the damages. I thought I may aswell take this opportunity to convert to a sunroof. Can get the glass but no idea where i can track down the rest. Luckily for me my father is a one of those guys who can do anything so cutting, welding and installing a sun roof will be an achievable task.

So I'd have to get my hands on a subframe as well as the tracks?

just get an aftermarket sunroof, mines just a tad smaller than an fto one. a lot easier than finding a wreck with one.

5 cars were vandalized in big staff car park. We finished out night fill shift at 12am. Went outside and saw the damage. Security guard was there and cops went flying past....apparently it happened a couple of mins before we got out. Was jumped mid last year by a group of people. I suspect it's the same group as i noticed them lingering around the area as I was on my break. There are no cameras in the area at which we were parked. There is footage of the culprits walking through the public car park. Once I see this footage there will be some cracked skulls.

    Anyways....

How much did you pickup your aftermarket sunroof for?

oh that sucks dick, surely your employer would have to pay for damages as it was in the staff carpark.

nd not sure it came with it, but a mate with an integra got aftermarket put in for 650.

Yep, if you want one aftermarket is a MUCH better bet. Cost of the stock ones would take your breath away.

Im still unsure if I should fix my rust or put non sunroof roof on don't no if its the sunroof or the rust holes that are leaking water wouldn't be suprized if it was both
Can the out side seal on the glass be replaced ? The one that seals the roof and sunroof
