Gearbox fallen to left? second gear hard to find,

hey, my fto was unused for about a month, then i got in and drive it for a few days, to find occasionally second gear was getting hard to find, and the gear feels loose. i have dropped the ca r off at my mechanic and when it got there i could barely get into second at all. the gearstick seems too far to the left, but my mechanic does not know what the problem would be, i thaught it would be a mount or something. any hepl please?

Check the gear linkage bracket

ben, on my bracket nothings snapped off, only the lower cable has been pulled off the bracket because there held on by just sticky rubber am i right?
How do i fix that?

No, should be held in by a clip that goes into a groove in the cable

oh i thought it was just all one unit. well the cable as well as the bracket has slipped off the selector bracket. like the 2nd picture.
