winding noise

when im driving resonably slow like a whirring noise appears, and goes away when i put the clutch in?

any ideas?

i have gearbox oil to change it, but no idea how. i can see the bolt with oil on it but im not sure which lower one drains it?

Have a look further back under the box. Its kinds near the driveshaft, its a big 24mm bolt on the lower backside of the box.
