OK, in the short term, circumvent the heater core by joining the 2 hoses together. Buy yourself a couple of 19mm irrigation elbows from bunnings (about $2 each) you also need about 10cm of 19mm irrigation pipe and 4 hose clamps. This will get you out of trouble in the short term. I think I might have the pipes you need 2nd hand. They connect to the heater core. Now, I can safely say this is an absolute bitch of a job. You need to remove the dash and centre console and then remove the heater units at the back of the passengers footwell. This will provide access to the heater core. You need to remove it from the unit and remove the old pipes and screw the new ones on and them put everything else back in. Its going to take at least 2 hours work, but because im guessing you havent done it before, allow 4 hours.

cheers
