Additional wires on my ECU?

Hi guys,

Hoping someone can shed some light here.

I've been working my way through the electrical wiring manual confirming the wiring on my ECU before I start connecting up my eManage Ultimate.

Note the manual is for a 98 FTO with 6A12 Mivec, my car is a 95 FTO GPX.

Interestingly I have additional wires that are not covered in the manual or in the ECU pinout listed on this forum. Specifically;
Connector B32 Pin 9 - Yellow wire with White stripe.
Connector B34 Pin 52 - White wire with Blue stripe.
Connector B35 Pin 74 - Red wire with Silver spots.
Connector B35 Pin 77 - White wire with Silver spots.
These are not explained by A/T, TCL, ABS or any other systems listed in the manual.

Also the following wires are not the same color as the manual;
Connector B32 Pin 10 (Ignition Coil A) - my wire is Red, manual is Black with Blue stripe.
Connector B35 Pin 78 (Detonation Sensor) - my wire is Yellow, manual is White.
All other wires appear to match up correctly.

The wires with the wrong colors I can probably trace to confirm, but does anyone have any idea what the 4 wires that are not in the manual might be for?
