today i was adjusting my coilovers as i recently put on a new front bar and it was a bit too low for my driveway... i did everything as i normally would have
after i put everything back on, i turn the car on and immediately i hear a constant knocking noise, i knew it had to be the driveshaft, when i put the clutch in though the knocking stopped. In a moment of stupidness i still wanted to see if the car would get out of the driveway okay, i backed out till about half way down my driveway (heard a few crunching noises along the way) then i needed to straighten the car up a bit so i put it in gear to go forward but nothing, there was no drive at all and it just rolled back more. Heard a lot more crunching and then this shot out from under the car ... inner boot?

so now as it is,
1) the car does not drive
2) no more knocking as i guess the shaft has come loose
3) when i put the clutch in i can still see the driveshaft spinning
4) the car does not stall either when i put it in gear
5) i can get out of the driveway easily

looking back at it, im guessing the reason for it all was that i didnt support the hub well enough when dropping it out. It may have been putting too much pressure down on the tie rod.
Unfortunately my knowledge on the gearbox and driveshaft system is pretty basic, what do you guys reckon will need to be replaced?
thanks
