never done it before myself but doesn't look to difficult, just make sure you dont do any damage inside the heads while levering the rocker arms
sparks plugs are are quite easy to replace, front bank should take no longer than 5-10 mins but unfortunately changing the plugs on the rear bank is a little trickier as the intake manifold must come out, its not really difficult just time consuming ... heres a guide on removing the intake manifold

getting to the spark plugs on the front bank is very simple, undo the 6 10mm bolts holding on the mitsubishi plate and pull out the leads
having a spark plug socket will help other wise you will need an imperial deep socket set
just a heads up for the timing belt though, it is an absolute biatch to do while the engine is in... ben gave me a small right up when i was doing mine but cant seem to find it ...
good luck

Dude use the seach function and also have you looked in the DIY section?
CHRISTIANITY: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...
