This event is to raise money for the upcoming Bobsleigh season in order for Shane McKenzie to try to qualify for the Vancouver Winter Olympics in February 2010.
The venue is Clifton Hill Hotel (Emerald Room, 89 Queens Parade, Clifton Hill VIC 3068, ) kicking off at 8pm. Entertainment will be a young upcoming Melbourne band called Bipolar Badwise, a powerful blend of 80s synths and modern electro pop. They deliver an energetic retro sound with sharp addictive melodies. There will be a raffle with fantastic prizes, even an auction to get you all pumped up for some sports memorabilia. There will be a beer of the month being served at a great low price, plus some other specials through the night.
