If its the steering that is shaking, get yourself a wheel balance and alignment. If its the engine that is causing the vibration it could be any number of things. Could you give us more information....

he did say between 40km and 60km which means when the car is moving,,,,

could be the tie end rods....

    or just bad front tires....

you will be very surprised how a set of new tires make a car feel... like brand new.... aligned or not..... but alignment saves the tired from wearing abnormally fast...

engine vibration is mostly noticed when the car is moving off.. during motion the momentum usually keep the engine in one position unless the car is manual and you ripping the gears.....

Is it on acceleration or just when traveling at that constant speed?

As said, you could need a wheel balance or something to do with your suspension or it could be an engine mount.

My bet is that you have an egg on one of your front tyres.

The first time I had one, it only showed up around the 40-60km mark but you didn't fell the vibrations when going slower or faster (until it grew and blew as I didn't realise it was an egg at the time and was half way between Rocky and Brisbane on a Weekend with no where to pull over and stop to have it checked).

    Have your tyres checked.

Is it under load? If so change your plugs.
