FTO Ralliart 2000-2002

Has anybody heard of these? only produced for UK.
Cant find any more info on the net...

well...from what i've read, it is exactly the same as earlier model gpx's. only differemce is that it comes with a passenger side airbag, the interior trim is a different pattern and something to do with the front foglamps and indicators. seems like it was a way for Mitsubishi UK to generate money from import enthusiasts as they were just rebranded imports with an inflated pricetag. that said, not all of them were pre-owned imports. some claim the Ralliart UK spec to have 224bhp but they say thats a load of crap...

honestly it looks like an aero gp would be a better buy

Yeah, they only sold FTO's new in the UK in the last couple of years of production. They bought out a ralliart version that had a couple of minor options added (nothing you couldnt add yourself besides the sticker). They charged through the nose for the extras.

Ralliart UK were actually the division of Mitsubishi UK that imported & sold them in the UK legally. Prior to that they were all grey imports.

they would be a rip off altough the one on the video looks sleek...
I wonder if mitsi is developing a new fto...

Our GPX has those.
Trim is different, has the vr wing, passenger side airbag.
Would have to be more than just that, as I think all facelift had those anyway

I remember reading it had ralliart muffler, strut braces, better springs and shocks, different intake with filter, and couple more kw.

Cant exactly remember where, was when we were first buying the FTO some 3yr ago.
