Some of those items are very optimistic and very expansive.
The six pack is for race only (advised by david from rpw).
Stage 3 camshafts.........race only.
Start with small things eg air induction, short shift, clutch, exhaust and extractors than move up from there.
You missed out the most important thing in your list.......a computer!!
without that you wont get very good results.
my 2 cents

have you selected these upgrades because they sound good or because you have a plan you are working on to achieve a specific result? If the later, what is the specific result you are after (and don't so more power as that's too general).
Some of these mods are a little more extreme than normal and will probably require a decent computer and a proper dyno tune to get a the benefits from them.

You can do a lot with $10K
My advice would be to shop around for a place that can offer you all of these modifications, so that they are done in such a way to compliment one another and so that you can get a better price.
The first point is the most important, as the more extreme the modifications are the more important that it is that they work together as best they can. Some of this work is "custom" not "off the shelf" and as such getting one company to do it all will allow them to get the best components that work with their custom modifications rather than having another place guess what would be best to go with these mods.
I certainly hope there's more to this than just trying to beat your mates car!
Are you planning on taking this car on the track, if so, regularly? If not, have you considered some of the implications of these modifications on day to day driving? Have you thought of what you'll do if your mate upgrades his Magna with similar mods?
I suggest you consider what you want out of this car, overall, not just the one point of beating your mates car, the clearer you can define this the better the car modifiers can work with you to achieve this.

One thing you have to keep in mind no matter what car you going to choose, the more hardcore you modified your car, the less driveability it is on the road at day to day basis.

Pm me if you want some good contacts for your mods. I've had my heads ported and polished and just got them back onto the car 2 nights ago. So far the responce and sound is amazing, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. In the way of computers, the microtech ltx-8 can be sort for around $990 brand new with all sensors.
If your after a damn fast NA car then $10,000 is an excellent amount to play with.
OPnce all my mods are done, i will post up some references we can all add to, so that people know who to go to and see what kind of prices things cost and weigh it all up from here.
Good luck

umm, do you intend to carry out the labor on fitting these parts to your car? Fitting the conrods alone is essentially rebuilding the bottom end, and that alone could cost you nearly half your budget...
also are you building your car for more top end, or just increased driveability?

in that case i'd save the money and hassle and buy the Supra instead...I just want really fast non turbo car.... i want to use it at the townsville drag strip and not look like a fool... but it looks like i'm gonna end up saling it and buying twin turbo supra...
