Hey!!
With the FTO engine having 2 3-pipe extractor can u run an exhaust system off each extractor and would it give more hp then one exhaust system ??

You'd definately have the potential for freer (is this a valid word?) engine for high RPM torque, but as always, it all depends on your exhaust sizing and making sure you have the right pipe size for the volume of gas flow.
That said, you'd probably reduce the mid range torque by having a system like that unless you make the pipe some what restrictive, but then you're back to square one.
Mind you the cost of two hi-po cats would put me off =)
Though one thing, I don't know how the vacuum effect of an exhaust system works (I've never done flow dynamics) I would think two invidival smaller pipe would create a lesser effect than a larger pipe would? Any exhaust gurus or someone who'd done flow dynamics be able to answer that???
some up, it'd be good if you spend your time in MIVEC a lot (ie on a race track), but for drivability, IMHO it's not worth it =)
