Car damage.

Ok so i was driving the other day down my road, and there was one of those council trucks that caries rocks in the back. It started losing loose rocks out the back, so i slowed right down so none hit my car. I got home and checked over my car and my front bumper now has about 100 small chips no bigger then 2mm each and my windscreen has around 20 small chips that are barely noticable. and worst of all there is a decent 1-2cm chip on the side of my car. What can i do to get this fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated as i am really pissed atm.

Well if u got the truck number would be helpful because all trucks carrying stuff like that must be fully covered. If this happens I think U can claim insurance for it
