Low revs when idle and engine dying

My 95 FTO GR idles at less than 400rpm when stationary and the engine often stalls. Bloody annoying especially when Im at the lights or going over a speed bump.

Was told it might be the stepper motor. Any ideas what could be at fault?

steeper motor.... do a search youll fingd hundreds of threads on it

or if its just low idle turn it up (screw on Throttle body)
