i havnt seen one since, but years ago i saw a silver 94 with a front aerial and no rear one... but it may have been in the rear window...
personally, i prefer the external rear one...
though the half and half switch is a bit of a gimmick, the only time you need it fully up is in the wop wops and then your travelling at such speed they tend to bend and then not go down properly when you turn the ignition off (or if you go under a farmers fence)

do you have stock headunit still? you may need band expander or best to just change whole thing
hesistant to replace it as it looks damn good and there's nothing similar to it. The only thing I'd consider replacing it with would be a touchscreen
