Does anyone know how to change the bulbs of the aircon console?
Tried to pull the bulb out of its black holder and the bulb broke. %^&*(

want to change it to leds, any recommendations?

probably was corroded in the socket. is it like the other dash lights? only a cheap replacement.

i thought so. but i tried to pull the rest out and they all have seized. so wonder if they are any differnt from the dashboard.

hmm, this was like the first mod i did on the FTO so i cant remember it much too much ...

but i think your supposed to get a T10 wedge led, straighten the legs out and pull the globe out of it housing, however i found this impossible to do this on a T10 as the legs keep snapping but with a T5 i could do it in less than a second

Then you take out the original LED's, remove them from the holder and insert the new ways the same way, then twist the new ones in (you will have to test on which way they go in, if it doesn't light up then take it out and put em in the other way)
