Website update.

Post by fto13-marty »

Does anyone think the website needs a good update, i mean the home page hasn't been updated while I've been a member, there is still the defunct number for the vic fires, and pic of the month has not changed,. Im just saying, maybe its time for a spring clean up. :D :D

lol yeah, the first page i go to is the "new post since last login" page lol, in fact that's my book mark not "...com/index.." lol

and SchumieFan is right there, there's a whole lot that goes on behind what we see, like the constant anti spamming, btw speaking of that good work mods, havent seen any spam for a few days now lol
that couple with the fact that almost everyone on here either works or studies (or both), it's going to be hard to find a group that's got the time and energy to sit down and revamp the site.

although i do remember that we had a whole new upgrade a yr or 2 back? that was supposed to be simple, and only a few hrs of down time... then few hrs turned into a few days... and a few more days... a lot of us had withdrawn symptoms then lol, and i have a sneaky feeling that Ben has taken the "don't fix it if it's not broken" stand on it, as apposed to "omg omg omg what that hell? I just deleted the whole internet, but i dont even have a modem..."

although i think it might be time for someone to update somethign on the front page. like... another edition of how's it going from the president (yay for volunteering other ppl lol)

/off to bed now lol

There's potential for a thread about anything on FTO Australia

"omg omg omg what that hell? I just deleted the whole internet, but i dont even have a modem..."

funnest thing I've read in like a week. yeah no spam thats a bonus. I'm not saying that it NEEDS a change, just saying it would be cool to see a update done and was wondering if anyone else would have liked to see an update done.

here here, cheers for the spam fix... but i still didnt see any titties!

anywho... you know me, i have an onagain offagain relationship, depends on how busy i am... i still watch and cut in when i get annoyed...

anyway, ive been looking for another fto for a while but none take my fancy and everytime i read the forums i remember what problems i had with my gpx back home and i cant be fkd spending more time fixing than driving a car again...

so im thinking of buying a project/weekend fto... but then i need to store it etc etc and i dint have the tools i had back in the z

continual conflict...

love my sx4 though, not a step up but not a step down... argh!
