Light under Shifter Gone

So firstly I need a new shifter (plastic bit has gone) for an automatic car.
DStocks hasn't replied to my PM's I have constantly sent (though he is replying to others??)

The light on the shifter is also gone, how would I go about fixing this? I'm not sure if it has fell down (I can see light towards the ground) or it is gone etc.

How would I go about fixing this?

It's just a bulb has blown, take the one in there out and a local factors should be able to replace it.

Sorry, I was waiting for you. I havent got any messages other than the first one. Or maybe my reply went astray. I have a bit of a crap connection at times (slow - satellite) and if im too impatient, ill click links before messages are properly submitted. Best thing to do is keep hassling me. As for the light, if you mean th + and - ,there isnt one. You have to make your own. ,

what exactly is that bulb for?

I have it under my stereo surround, was never for anything that i know off and is just sitting there between the stereo cables. It turns on when all the lights come on but where is it meant to be placed and whats its purpose?

So there is no light that lights up the P, N, D etc... other then on the dash?

No there is a light for that side, there isnt a light for the plus and minus. The one for that side is on the bottom of the pannel and is the same as the one for the ashtray. It is one of those small bulbs. If yours isnt working itll either be the bulb itself, a fuse (but then lots of lights wouldnt be working), or the bulb has come out of the bulb holder.

Anyways, if you want the shifter with plastic, just send me the details....
