I'm telling you..saving 10kgs isn't worth living with no air-con in a country that hits 40c + during summer.

true that.. although my air con has a leak... so i have the extra 10 kgs and no air con lol

as someone on here said ages ago... just go on a diet and lose 10kgs, much cheaper
if you are already skinny as, or you dont want to bother with the diet... clean the crap out of your car, or just take the spare and jack out and replace it with one of them emergency tyre kits lol

lol well I am only 66kg's so the diet is out for me, as for the cleaning the sh*t out of the car there is nothing to clean out as I dont leave any thing in there that I dont need
I still have not used the a/c at all this year so at this point its just 10+kgs that is not needed for me any way.
I really want to get this car down to 1100kg's with a full tank of fuel at this point its at 1210kg's.
All the front end will be changed out with cf intime, lighter rims and also some cf inside the car as well.
oh and also I will be covering under neath the car with cf as well so it has a smooth area apart from the pipe work that will still be open to the air for cooling.(just like a F1 car

All the weight is in the compressor. Its about 6-7kgs from memory. The condensor & most of the piping is all alloy so wouldn't make much difference..

You'd pickup a few hairs worth of power without the compressor pulley being turned by the crank thou.
