passenger side kick panel
does anyone know what the bracket is for, on the passenger side kick panel? looks like it is for a torch, maybe?

Its for a flare. In Japan they are allowed, but not here. They generally get taken out when the car is complied although one or 2 have snuck in. A torch fits perfectly in the hole, you just need to get one the right size.
