my friend wants to know if this would fit in a lancer and if it would decrease his handling dramatically

what year is his Lancer? i'd imagine it'll be a tight squeeze, and perhaps make the Lancer very front-heavy which will upset the weight balance and handling of the car... also bear in mind that the Lancer's chassis may not be able to cope with so much power because it was never designed with the 6A13TT in mind... However it sounds like an interesting conversion - best of luck!

Hmmm i've mention this before, i've seen a JDM Lancer with 6A12 (non-Mivec) so just like danny said, if u got the money the 6A13TT will fit too.
