Strange Hi beam problem????

My Hi beam does not seem to be working when my normal lights are on but only on the left side?
It works fine with just park lights or when i use them to flash.... Its only when normal lights are going that it will not work Any ideas anyone?
It cant be bulb as it goes any other time?

what side are your high beem on the inside or out side of the light set up ?
eg. is your high beem behind the smoky cover.

Its on inside.... I sorted it just rewired the whole setup and everything seems to be ok now coulndnt find anything out of place though very strange
