Are these coilovers adjustable?

My car is being rattled to pieces by the sh*tty roads on the north shore.

Can anyone tell me if these coilovers are adjustable for damping... I think not but hope somehow I'm wrong.

Doesn't look like it :scratch:

Adjustable ones usually have little nobs in the centre of that top nut

you can pick up a set of G4s for about $1400 aprox from just jap but I think there are better ones out there and may even be cheeper.
