URGENT Issues with KMC EL Dials

Just thought I should let you all know about the issue I've just had.
My Tacho dial is broken at the connector on the dial side due to being bent back to far to run through the bulb hole underneath it, I've contacted KMC for help, does anyone think this could be repairable, the copper or whatever that runs into the dial is what is actually broken.
Not real happy with running the wires through the bulb holes as I have it either, seems to affect the light going to the needles too much. Has anyone got any pics of alternative wiring methods please.
yep

yep, was worried about the bend myself. I ended up going through the side of the cluster instead (that way I get to keep all the bulbs in too). Have taken most of the pictures for a guide, but havent completed the wiring yet. Will post it up when I have (give me a day or two)

Thanks Dwayne, found a bit of a guide on FTOOC as well:

But used the guide you did for your old dials a fair bit as a guide anyway so would love to see what you do. Think I will be cutting to save the bends, just hope I can get a replacement for the broken one if needed. Not happy Jan!

Thanks mate
I know I'm being anal, but you don't have any pics of how you ran the speedo and fuel/temp wires out of the console. I'm guessing you just kept the plugs as straight as possible and ran the wires out to the easiest cut exit out of the console?
right

Youd be guessing right. That ends up making one out the top and 2 out the bottom of the cluster (I think from memory). The pictures do show 2 of the 3, but they arent labelled. The wires exit out of the join between the white bit of the cluster and the black face.

No worriers, please do. So it's pretty much the same thing you did? The only thing I had to play with a bit is the fuel temp wiring, to keep the plug straight I just pushed the wires down with a small screwdriver between the left indicator light and the tacho, seems ok. From what I can see there is no way to get away from the small bend in the speedo plug due to it's proximity to the fuel/temp dial.

Yep, I did the same. Cant avoid a small bend there.
