How would you put the WING back on?

Hi was thinking my GPvR wing back on the car what are the steps to do so?

Guessing you've smoothed the boot, welded the holes etc?

Drill new holes, get that seal matting to go under the legs...

I'd leave it in the hands of my panel shop myself! Drilling holes in my baby doesn't really do it for me.
