Yea i have a flare, and no i dont recommend you light it up its just a flare it fires up - lasts for a while and goes out, it really is only for an emergency - but i know what your saying it definatley looks good under the passenger footwell - =)
Im not sure where to get it - i know its kinda illegal to have it but my mate got a few and gave me one i got no idea where he got it - you can try import places that sell cars and you can ask them but i doubt they would give it to ya - they normally take it out
