OMG!!! I got Paypal scammed!

Post by jonowong »

I cannot believe Paypal refunded this guy

http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAP ... id=fifly94

after i provided Paypal and the buyer with a postal receipt.
http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/8155/postxv1.jpg
I have 100% positive feedback with a rating of 53
he has 91.7% with a rating of 40
I provided evidence, he did not
I fail to see why Paypal believed his story and not mine
what can i do?
I am seriously contemplating charging a surcharge on Paypal transactions and not accepting international bids now, or just not accepting Paypal at all because of this scammer.

I am now $414 out of pocket because of this scammer, what can i do?

I am very displeased with Paypal.

Paypal stated that
"The online tracking information you provided was not sufficient enough to confirm that you sent the item to the buyer."

What more evidence can i provide? since when was online tracking information not sufficient enough?

FFS f**k! f**k! f**k! FFS! f**k! f**k INTERNATIONAL SCAMMERS f**k!

how did you send it just via normal post ? You should have got a tracking number where you can enter it on Aust post and they tell you what stage it is in ....

If this was provided and the tracking number revealed that the item had been sent u would have been fine

There isn't much you can do, except take it to the police, even then i doubt they can do much.

The problem is, there is no specification on the receipt that stated what you sent. Let this be a lesson for those who use ebay.

Go to the post office and tell them the other party claim they never recieve anything, is there anything post office can do to trace it.

If they tell you to use the online tracing system, tell them you don't have a computer and you need something in hard copy.

Did you pack the package at the post office? If so, go to the police and get them to ask the post office to obtain the recorded tape from CCTV on the day you were there, as it show you packed the item and sent it.

And I'm sure the next one of us going to France could go a little out of their way....
