King, Tein or Whiteline lowered springs - pics?

Post by ygoslo »

I'm looking at getting a set of lowered springs but I wanna know at what height the car will sit after they go in. So if anyone has pics of their car with lowered springs, please post them up here & let me know part numbers or names of the components used... Ta!

u just want lowered springs with stock shockers?

King, Whiteline are basically the same. Will do the job. I had some pedders when i bought the car, they weren't too bad actually with my new Koni shockers.

Will probably stick with teh standard shocks for the time being. I'm actually quite interested in the Tein S-Tech springs, part # SKR36-H1B00

I'm a little biased towards Japanese parts generally...

Jap suspension is too hard generally.

You also got APEXi lowering springs, they aren't too bad, not too hard, bit softer than coilovers and are jap, just what you are looking for, I'm still using mine with the stock struts.

Those special tools are just spring compressors and you can by a set from supercheap like between $10-$15, I forget the price but no more than $15, the rear is a bit harder to change the spring I had to compress the spring while it was in the car to remove the whole assembly.
