Quick question on ignition timing

Hey can someone tell me if ignition timing is advanced or retarded when mivec kicks in?

The timing changes all the time...it will only retard a lot when there is an detected issue such as excessive detonation.

as a general rule the tming will be advancing all the time as u make more power.

MIVEC doesnt effect the timing, it just switches to the mivec cams.

as khunnie said, its altering all the time depending on where the throttle is
