Im sure the pivot points do wear out, but if that was the case, it would be an issue with
all gear changes, not just into second

Can it be tested or visible wear and tear can be spotted before putting it in?
Btw, anyone know fabricator that can modify seat rails? I need to modify mine as my friend's missus will be giving birth soon and he is currently busy setting up his new house. I am pretty sure I need to move my monza seat a bit forward for the clutch as I am short.

It was an intermittent issue going into all gears. But I'm sure Pete can sort it all out. Next time I'm around (being today) ill ask him

anyway, he said he is going to do it this weekend. And I found another person that will do he conversion. Henry, i think some of you know or heard about him. only thing is he wont be available till 3 weeks from now. So i am still thinking.
Really want to drive a manual FTO.

Ahh yeah, Henry will do a good job.
Could also do some other stuff for you at the same time if you were interested, brakes, suspension, etc.
