Just had my mate who imports things from HKS confirm that HKS does not make any internal performance parts for Mitsubishi except the GTO and EVOs, so I thinks you got gipt. 8O

Seeing as your a newbie, first of all welcome.

A turbo conversion is a very difficult thing for an fto... so it may take months... because all the pipes have to be made, and stuck into our tiny engine bays...

So atm, yes, Mikey is the man to talk to, his forum name is GPXXX...

I think there should be a few threads on this, so for more info do a search!

put it this way, if you cannot wait a long time, you cannot turbo it... plain and simple. :(

turboing an FTO is not as simple as changing tyres - lot of hours are spent into designing the exhaust manifold, dump pipe, turbo feed pipe, intercooler pipe etc... and i haven't even gone into waiting for parts delivery and tuning yet!

to give you an idea, my car was sitting in the workshop for 7 weeks, and it's still not turbo'd yet...:evil:

lucky for me, i have patience... 8)

Don't forget Scracy, Dannyboyau as well, they both did a turbo conversion, well Scracy rebuilded his, & Danny transplaned a 6A13TT

scracy literally replaced his motor and turbo only, but all the orig turbo piping & parts remained with a few more extra goodies added to it...

in Danny's case, well from memory it took him a couple of months i think coz he built it himself with help from his friend's workshop/tools...
