It would be fine, 57 beers is before 10am. You only need to start to worry after midday / 80 beers and keg is almost empty

Check the gearbox mount isn't snapped, the metal is thin at one part

Also have you got the rubber mounts on both ends and sides of the cross member

Shove some rubber or similar in between the centremember and see if the noise goes away! Yes the gearbox does get very close to the centremember and puts a dent in the centremember.
