true but i won't have a battery getting excessively hot and pissing out battery acid when i'm on the race track....
even when driving the FTO around normally the engine gets damn hot. So becuase everything is so cramp etc.

A lot of cars have heat shield around their battery, maybe it would be wise to invest in one?

My engine bay doesn't really get that hot anymore, there something to be said for heat coated extractors =)

handy hint 102

To improve the removal of hot air, you can remove the rubber seal on the inside of the bonnet that runs along the entire width of the bonnet up near the windscreen. :wink:
