It would be really damn close then dude, comparing weight / power & torque between the two I think it would be completely down to the driver.

Yeah and the condition of the cars. My mate had a r33 - t and it was a piece of sh*t my mums corrolla could of beaten it.
Every car is different and so is the driver. Just cause you beat a r33 doent mean you can beat all r33 and that applies with all makes and models. Name a car and i bet you 2 cartons of beer i can find one in such piss poor condition your fto could beat it.

Have a look at the stock torque figure of an SR20DE. As I said it would be very close. Power isn't everything.

SR20DE - 2000cc DOHC multi-point EFI. Featured in Australian and New Zealand (Australian assembled) Sentra and Pulsar SSS variant delivered with silver/red rocker cover, also called "Red Top" 105 kW @ 6400rpm / 179Nm @ 4800rpm-4800rpm / 0-100km/h 8.8 secs / Kerb weight 1142 kg
Slower 0-100 than a GPX listed there by 1.1 seconds. Take into account the driver & manual or tip then its gonna be close.

on paper gpx is quicker.
if u put the same driver in each car, manual or auto
the gpx will win.
