Hey, I used the onlne form when I signed on for Autosalon, but cause I was in such a rush to get it in I didn't notice that I didn't get to fill out a form that says what mods I've got & all that...

What do the points actually mean? Do we add up all our Club Points to see who wins a prize?
I won't have many points atm, might get 1 for the rims though, lol ... should I fill out a form & send it in?

Yay my account finally active now. Okay now when I come around and the promo girls are making love to your cars while I shoot, come say hi to me ( I do bite FYI ). I have already dedicated a whole memory card for your cars, if you have a shot you would like don't be afraid to tell me else I'll roam free and molest your cars with my camera .

CRAP!!! Just asked for some info on MAF/MAP sensors from my tuner... no problems there... but i asked him if he had built any FWD cars for AS...

Yep... just pumped out two lasers....

power.... 387hp atw... there goes my dreams of owning the FWD dyno comp...

lol.. im getting the sucker tuned at max boost anyway... Will depend on how much boost the turbo can handle... hoping for over 20psi... engine could handle up to 26-28psi my tuner says but he wont know till we get it on the dyno...

never know... could pull 300kw!!....

unlikely...

hoping for 210kw... over the 200 mark would be sweet... over 230 is very unlikely...

Im up over $20k so far...

and You'd have to buy a GR engine unless you want to do a bit of pioneering...

if you want 200kw+ then do a 6a13tt conversion... bout $25k and 12 months work but not as complicated...

Lol.. sammi... $10k is not my bill for the conversion...

total is above $20k...

$10k is just the engine...

dont forget, turbo, intercooler, piping, exhaust, ECU, injectors, fuel lines, pump, LSD (yet to get this one), suspension to handle the power, custom built clutch ($1500), labour, tuning, BOV, Wastegate, boost controller, turbo timer, etc..

and $20k is using a pre-built turbo kit... add another $2k if you want to make one from scratch... which you'd have to...

IMO better to just go 6a13tt... wish i'd done that right at the start...

lol... my engien arrives at JnR on monday... will hopefully be in and running by the next weekend (22nd)... will take the monday and tuesday off... need to do 1000km on the monday to run in the new engine at min psi...

then getting it serviced and give it a REAL dyno run ready for autosalon on the tuesday... **please please dont brake anything..**

its pretty technical how they run it in too... have to use a specific oil... have to have 4 ppl in the car and drive up long hills for 1000km... have to cut power to the fuel pump and crank it over on first start, etc etc...
